Process
• We’ll determine either a one-time project or monthly basis of 1, 5, or 10 Creative Units
• We’ll share our perspective as an actionable summary and iterate as needed with feedback
• We’ll send a link to enhanced Digital Assets + Copy via Google Drive. For Example:
• A :15 video
• A social post
• An email campaign
• A landing page

A Creative Unit is defined as one visual and/or copy blurb presented cohesively in a single frame.

This is a framework on your strategic position and action plans. Over the course of a month or more, this is a collaborative process where we define and synthesize how to deliver brand value.

Includes: Objective Statements, Strategic Direction, Success KPIs, Tactical Examples
(ex: global digital strategy, content strategy, segmentation strategy, single channel strategy)

• Performance Analysis with “Hot Take” approach”
Includes 3 wins and 3 opportunities for improvement
